Front struts

Asked by Armando Sep 12, 2017 at 01:26 PM about the 2012 Ford Explorer XLT

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just pulled and replaced the front struts and mounts to my
2012 ford explorer. I just started putting back into place
and found that the CV axel doesn't push back up to allow
the top alignment of bolt to mount struts back into their
respected place.. please someone let me know how to
release tension or pressure to allow the bolt pattern to line
up. Thanks
