Open each rear door from the outside near where the door latch is on the end of the open door should be a switch (more like a lever) that will say something like child lock . Move it to the opposite position hop in and open your door. Repeat for the opposite door. It is a device used to keep children from accidentally opening the door and falling out while going down the road.

This is a bit in invasive but if you remove the interior door panel you will quickly figure out how the doors operate . I tied a string to the rod that operates the door latch and drilled a small whole in the door panel fed the string through the panel and tied a few knots to keep it from popping back through the panel . Keep in mind you want the string to be short enough that it doesn't easily get caught on things as that could be dangerous . However I'm planning on upgrading it with a latch and lock system from eBay and some throttle cable I have around ! Good luck

Also the window latch screws can be removed with the right flat head screwdriver if you don't have hex bits around
