Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I replace the theromstate abd gasket, flush radiator ans
refilled with coolant a month ago. Yesterday i replace the
water pump and fan clutch with brand new part now I am
hearing a loud jet noise when i accelerate  times the noise

its a new part. Or becuase my old one might not have not
worked and i am just now hearing this sound for the first

YES. This how the clutch for a belt-driven fan is supposed to function. When the air passing thru the radiator and over the face of the clutch reaches a certain temperature the fan clutch locks and spins the blade at the same speed as the belt, this is what gives the roaring noise and draws in air fast enough to keep the motor properly cool. The fact that your last clutch didn't allow the noise (from the fan spinning at motor speed) meant it was completely shot, as under cooler temperature the clutch is not locked and the fan blades are spinning signifigantly slower than motor. Clutches last about 5-6 years with regular daily driving and ac system use.
