found the cause of the problem, The first actuator I replaced a few months ago quit working. After replacing it again, it is now working.

I just bought a 2011 Impala, the heat doesn't work on the drivers side but does on the passenger side.....How much does it cost to fix it ? and should I get it fixed at a dealership or private mechanic? I have to have a heater and defroster working living in Michigan !
