What would make your temperature fluctuate if you just replaced your thermostat?

I recently had my thermostat replaced. Never had a
problem with the temperature but I didn't have any heat.
Now I'm getting heat but the temperature is fluctuating.
There were bubbles in the coolant system but I brought it to
a shop and they removed all the bubbles but they're still
fluctuating temperature. What could this be I don't have any
other symptoms of a blown head gasket or a cracked
block.

Sounds like you have air trapped in the cooling system. The "shop" should have been able to get it out. Take it back to them! Hope that helps! Jim
