Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was quoted $1200.00 to replace the
brake booster, master cylinder and all 4
calipers with a possible additional $400
depending on my brake lines. Is this a fair
price?

It does, but is the vehicle worth $1600? It is, after all, 21 years old. Something to consider. Hope that helps! Jim

Thanks.. Js08016 thats what I'm trying to figure out.. However being a solo Mon only working part time I'm not in a position to take on a car payment as well as the cost for full coverage insurance.. as it is now I own my car and pay just under $500 a year for insurance.. also I just put a new rim (matching original) and all 4 new tires on it..
