Mass computer failure

My car suddenly lost power and all the alerts came on, I barely made it home and now if won't even crank over!
Could it be the alternator or is it the main comp system and can it be fixed? I myself am a fairly good mechanic,
but I am stuck on this one. I could change the alt no problem, but the computer different story, does n e 1 have an
idea?

I have changed alternator, battery, cables and the battery light stills come on after starting. Please help!
