Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Any suggestions on how to improve gas mileage. I have a 2010 F150 5.4.
New exhaust system and a K&N low restrict air system. I get 13/14 around
town and 17/18 on highway

drive slow and easy. coast into stops. install a cold air intake. other than that, you are driving a truck which are not ever know for gas mileage. Get a Prius for days where you don't need a truck.

You are right on the money as gas mileage goes, it seams. I have a 2010 F 150 with the 4.6 engine. Around town I'm getting 15 or so and strictly on the highway (going 60) I'm around 20.

If I cruise control my 2010 4.6 on the highway at a blistering speed of 55, I can stretch it to 22.
