ok I own a 2003 chrysler sebring it wont start

ok so my car used to blow the number 8 fuse i replaced it with a larger fuse
and the problem seemed to be fixed but then i began having problems
starting it had to jiggle the shifting lever then it would start then that stopped
working so i replaced the starter  when i started everything worked but the
car wouldnt start it just clicked a couple of times it tried to turn over but very
slowly after replacing the starter it still just clickes but now i have no clock or
raidio please help me

Sounds lie a dead battery. check battery voltage, should be 12.4vdc minimum. If battery is good and still won't turn over, check all battery cables for corrosion and make sure they're tight. If all cables are ok, check for voltage at the starter solenoid small terminal. If voltage is present and still no crank, replace starter again. If no voltage present, try starting it in neutral vs parking
