2008 Chrysler Sebring hardtop problems

Foolishly put a soft box in trunk under tonneau cover and it broke right PIN on
tonneau cover. repaired and fixed PIN. NOW when I push top-down button, all
windows go down and NOTHING ELSE HAPPENS.
