00 bmw 323ci just clicks when trying to start it

00 bmw 323ci  . Just clicks when I turn the key . So
I jumped the battery with my truck and it fired right
up. I checked the volts on battery and read 13.4v
so idk if the starter is bad or something else  .
Need help !
