08 dodge 1500 blower motor will not come on.

I have an 08 dodge 1500 and the blower motor will not come on. I've tried the blower motor swap, the resistor swap, the ignition switch swap and still nothing. Does anybody have any other suggestions on what it could or might be?

I guess that leaves the selector switch , a multi tester would be useful to test parts before replacing them
