Question type: Shopping & Pricing

Was planning on going with a K&N Typhoon but enjoy hearing others
suggestions/experiences. Any other quality intakes comparable in price?

Oooh, I like these questions, I was going to but a Cold air intake from K&N but they're expensive! Spectre cold air intakes are the stuff, I got one for my 1999 Dodge Ram 1500, easy to clean, comes with everything you need: heat shield, filter, hardware, etc. Got that for 150 bucks. You'd think it was low quality, it's a great buy.

From what I'm seeing Spectre doesn't offer a cold air intake made to fit subarus. And their universal fit products don't either.

Huh, good to know! I won't bring it up next time... sorry to waste your time lol :P

No worries man I'm always open to check new stuff out. If they made a system for subi's I'd definitely look into it for the money. The one i saw was about half the price of the Typhoon I'm looking into so that instantly got me looking.

they offer parts for the BRZ only. They offer custom intake systems as well but I'd rather just pick up something pre-built and not have to mess with it. If we were talking exhaust or something like that maybe. But a custom cold air intake seems a bit over the top. I appreciate the suggestions as always though.
