2011 outback low rpm/shrouder

I have an 2011 outback and upon stopping rpm drops and returns to normal.
After finding out about the transmission problems related to torque converter i went to dealership and to my suprise they stated thst the transmiton was replaced just 3k miles before.Why i still have the problem and what should i do?

Just because it was replaced does not mean it is not faulty. Did they do a diagnosis on the transmission you have now?
