What would cost and labor to replace bearings and CV Joints on 2011 Malibu be?

Asked by CEBWOOD May 11, 2016 at 02:31 PM about the 2011 Chevrolet Malibu LS FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Getting new break pads and new rotors put on my car today; 4th time within a year.  Thinking I may have issues with the bearings and CV Joints. My car has 118,000 miles on it.  So I'm thinking this could be possibly the issue, but not sure.  What would be a fair cost (labor & parts included) when I request bids?

Shouldn't cost anything to receive a quote for repairs. I don't think it would be a CV joint, you would notice other problems if it were. Possible wheel bearings, or brake calipers, or brake hoses that run to the caliper should be checked out.
