I have a 2004 525i purchased in Nov. 2003. Can I get it Bluetooth enabled for hands free calling?

You should be able to, but you may need to get an aftermarket bluetooth setup for it. Ask the dealership what they can do for you with factory parts, or if there is a recommended aftermarket kit for your car.
