I found a a used car dealer's lot a 1999 BMW 528i sports pkg with 131,644 miles. How
much do you think a fair market value if I make an offer?

Honestly, I would look at a post 2000 model for the simple reason of having the double Vanos system. Tom like to cite KBB.com. You may also want to look up Edmunds.com and NADAguides.com
