went over curb and slammed the bottom on curb

i went over curb and slammed  the bottom
of my car on curb now it won't idle most of
the time but when it idles it bounces
between 500 and 1000 rpm and now gives
off a weird swell.

Check your oil pan and transmission pan for a crack or leak

Depending on where you hit it could also be the tyrod or wheel bearings...

When you try to idle does it die out or do you have issues going back into gear to take off?

it dosent idle it just dies I can take off fine but when I go to stop it dies when it dose idles sometimes it idles at 500 rpm

Have you checked your transmission fluid? Also did the check engine light come on?

not yet it's I was going to in the morning and the light has always been on I have a thing that tells me everything wrong with the car and nothing new just the normal taillight and washer fluid that has always been there

Check that fluid then best of luck I hope its just a cracked pan or leak
