Your Camry does not have a timing belt, it has a timing chain. There is no change interval. consistent oil changes will allow the timing chain to last indefinitely.

I HAVE CHECKED THE FAN WHICH IS RUNNING FINE, WASHED THE RADIATOR GRILL MADE IT A BIT BETTER, BUT PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS. DO I NEED TO CHANGE THE ENGINE OIL TYPE ?
