My 2011 Dodge Ram has around 38 psi oil pressure when hot at normal speed
and my check engine light comes on and the code is P1524

This code indicates that the oil pressure is outside of the normal range. I would change the oil and filter. If this does not fix it the oil pressure sending unit may need replacement.
