What is red dot Flashing on dashboard

There’s a red dot showing in the dash the
windshield wipers won’t turn off the windows
won’t roll down pretty much everything
stopped working but the truck is running

if the red light is blinking it means you need to either charge the battery or get a new 1.. if its a good battery try cleaning the termials.
