My alternator went out but was just replaced on
my van. I now hear some whining noise when
driving. What could be the cause of this?

Thank you for answering. The alternator was no goid eventho it waa suppose to be new. I have replaced it yet again and whining noise has ended. I xhose to go to a different auto store and try a different brand.
