Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have cold air blowing out the passenger side while hot air blowing on driver side. I have had the heater core flushed and the blend door actuators replaced. I am now thinking it is a heating flap that is stuck can anyone help?

Drivers side and passenger side have their own temperature settings in my 2015 Journey. Not sure it's the same for your year but syncing the two my help.

I have a 2015 Journey too and syncing the temps doesn't help. We bought ours brand new, in the winter and come spring when we needed heat we had this exact problem. I took it to the dealership and they fixed it in a week. Now this year, I just went to use my AC and the left vents out only blow out HOT air again! Taking it back in tomorrow. Now I'm thinking of trading my car in because once my warranty expires I can't pay to fix this every year!
