Good all around tires considering Minnesota snow.

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I use Toyo but they only last 40,000 miles if lucky. Good in snow and on wet
surfaces, but is there any better tire?

Blizzaks or any tire with the mountain/snow flake sidewall symbol. 40k on snow tires is good.

Michelins have good tread life. But the longer the tread life the harder the tires are, and you want a softer compound for wet and cold weather.

Run two sets of tires, winter and all season for the rest of the year. Dedicated winter tires will not wear well in the summer.
