What is meant by Normal Leverage for negotiating a price? Is there a 'standard' percentage that the selling price can be negotiated down?

you know there are a lot of variables for example me own MINI they say is worth $9800....bought it for $14,999 has only 38,000 miles on it....as far as I am concerned their DATA is CRAP~ (from you number one guru here)~....ultimately will be what the car is worth to the prospective buyer...find a guy or gal that's simply drooling over it as it sits in the parking lot with a sign in the windshield...having the interior vacuumed so not ONE crumb is there...the wheels so they have NO dirt...the tires....NEW...then you can start askin' for the numbers, cause the only ones who dial the number are already HOOKED on the car....advise?,,,,,you bet~
