2009 dodge caliber sxt

Asked by GuruV176J Aug 28, 2018 at 11:46 AM about the 2009 Dodge Caliber SXT FWD

Question type: General

if i let my car set for 5 days or more the battery goes dead. i'm 82 years old
and live in a senior living facility, my insurance company will not come out
every week to start it. what could the problem be? i have noticed a lot of other
people are having the same problem but they drive to work so it is not a great
problem. it is not life threatening so dodge will not put out a recall on them.

If you can't afford to fix the problem right away, keep your battery unplugged when not in use.

Noooooooo. Bad advise from MystilMcKenzie. This isn't solving your problem in the long run,You should drive your car to your nearest Auto Zone have them check out your charging system to see what is the cause of your problem.
