2008R350 wont start

Asked by Needhelp0 Nov 28, 2018 at 12:33 AM about the 2008 Mercedes-Benz R-Class R 350

Question type: General

My 2008 mercedes R350  cranked and turned  over but at a
very low consumption,  I tried putting my foot on the gas
pedal  but j it didn't do anything but died plus my battery
went dead so I got a new one but it still will not start plus
my engine light is not coming on would anybody have any
answers "thanks"

My brother had a problem similar to yours, it may just be the starter acting up. If it is, try tapping it with something long enough to reach it while a friend starts the car at the same time. It could get the car running so you can get it to the dealer/ mechanic without needing an expensive tow truck

My Mercedes R350 wouldn't start after I changed the battery, no crank just quiet, the horn wouldn't even work.
