Car won't start

APiece of my engine fell off now it
won't start

I thought the cats were plugged but found a bunch of oil underneath then found a hole in engine may oilpan orboth any ideas I just got a new engine in it well a rebuilt anyway.

Maybe it was the starter do you know what the piece looked like? There really isn't a lot that can just fall off. I'm sorry I don't have a fix for you, maybe if you could find and describe the part.

Take it back to the engine installer for warranty it sounds as if the engine blew and chugged a connecting rod out that hole in the pan.

Ya they have it now but the suspense is killing me it looks like something was mounted there did you get the pic
