2009 Tahoe LTZ (how to fix headlight/fog light/dimmer) panel

Asked by Jpower88 May 09, 2012 at 10:43 PM about the 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm pretty tall and as I got in my Tahoe the other day, my knee bumped the switch for all lights on truck. The
Headlight, fog light and dimmer panel itself, is "pushed in". I tried to pull the the assembly back in towards me but, I
have been unsuccessful. All of the lights still work fine and I still have access to all of the light switches.
I assume there is a way to take the dash apart myself to try and pop it back into place. If so, can anyone
assist me in this? I would like to try and avoid taking it into the dealership. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
