Maintenence and esc traction control

I have a 2009 Chevy Malibu the esc traction light
and power steering came on and we just bought
this car only one previous owner,  please let me
know if anyone knows what's going on if it's a
recall also the explanation point light came on
along with the esc traction n power steering so
please lmk any ideas or anything I should do.

There is a issue with the traction control or ABS,it may be a wheel sensor is bad or some other issue,have it checked by a pro with the proper diagnostic tool,s to know the real issue,with out traction control on these car,s working properly in the rain is dangerous,have it checked soon.
