2009 cobalt no start no crank

battery was installed reversepolarity dash lights turn on no crank nostart and there is power from battery to the positve post at the fuse box

You've likely fried a bunch of the electronics. Scan for trouble codes and look for a shop that specializes in auto electrical issues. I'd say you're going to need one.
