Key got stuck in the ignition for my car GMC acadia 2010, and overnight it also caused the battery drain. Solution: 1- There could be a problem for Parking gear, just switch the gear to N and press the + - several times on gear handle (Triptonic gear button) and then switch the gear back to P. 2- Open the battery cover which is under the passenger seat, clean both the terminal and reattached. I did the both and It worked for me, key came out of from the ignition.
