Drive train warranty
Asked by Lmaki7905 Jun 17, 2016 at 04:27 AM about the 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4WD
Question type: General
I just bought a used 2008 jeep grand cherokee
limited with the 5.7 hemi. I've been offered a 100k
or 5 year power train warranty and I want to know
if it's worth the money. This jeep has only 56k
miles on it but it's been repossessed twice. Should
I pam for the warranty or not? I've got other
questions too...

depends.......you did not say what the cost of the warranty is...
If you are not handy repairing or tinkering with vehicles and you have the money it might be wise to consider the warranty. The 5.7 Hemi is a pretty good engine, but they do have some issues. I would be curious to know how much the warranty costs.
Usually I do not recommend after market warranties- but with that Cherokee, you will need it- in fact, just forget buying that thing- isn't there something else?
