2008 Honda Accord

PLEASE HELP!! Every so often my car won't start, wait a few hours then it
starts. When I turn the key the radio and electric works, it just won't start. I
already had the starter and ignition switch replaced. I was told it's not the
neutral safety switch (doesn't start in nuetral), battery or alternator which were  
tested and are fine. Not sure what else it can be.
