Can I fix having to press overdrive before shifting ? If not about much will it cost me to fix?

Can't shift into drive from park . I can shift to drive pressing overdrive .
Can I fix this on my own .? the manual call dealer straight away .
Do ,you know how much this would cost ?

Besides the dealership, have you considered an independent transmission specialist in a private garage? You'll save money going that route, but, you really need to make sure someone refers a good shop to you. If you live in a smaller town, the dealership is your best option. Good luck.
