More cases than none it comes from the windshield. But body seems are known to leak also. Leaks can be difficult to find. I had a car that leaked, ended up taking it to the dealer, they did a smoke test to find all the leaks.

I have an 07 that had the same problem in front of your windshield were your wipers sit there is a black plastic peace that covers up a water drain if it gets clogged by leafs and dirt the rain water will drain in you car I took it to a place but all you have to do is take off your wipers and that plastic piece and clean the drain area out and you will be good to go it's not a serious problem but I would get that done before it turns into one
