Neither of my fans are coming on I change the the radiator I
changed the temperature sensor and they still won't come
on neither one when the AC is on it don't come on when the
car gets to the middle temperature that will doesn't come
on

Any applicable trouble codes relating to cooling fan/s? Did you check the fuses, note the diagram. For testing, you could probably jump the load side of relay to see if either fan will run? You could use jumper wires for voltage and ground, from the battery to fan, to see if fan will run? I wouldn't think both fan motors would go out at the same time. Some makes and models, if you just unplug the coolant temp sensor, the fan/s will run all the time. Yep, some, when you turn on hvac the fan/s will run.

If that doesn't work, go to the under hood power distribution (fuse) box and check fuses #24, #59 and #60. Then check relays #7, #8, and #9. Those are all in the cooling fan circuit. Good Luck
