Rear defrost isn't working ...What do I do next?

I have checked Fuse, Relay and the rear glass element. All are good. But when I checked Voltage at the rear glass connectors I only got 6.5 Volts. what is next?

I am so sorry to tell you this but you are going to have to trance the wire from the front to the back there must be a brake in the the wire somewhere along the way. No easy task. Good luck
