Overcharged A/C SYstem

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When filling A/C system, I overcharged the system.  The little stand pipe on top
of the condenser started spewing yellow - green looking fluid with a hissing
sound.  Not sure if that's a built in pressure relief system.  Is the condensor
damaged due to the leak? Please advise.
