Does high mileage on F350 super duty matter with a replaced brand new engine?

Is there a concern for a high mileage F350 Super Duty Crew Cab, that has a
brand new 6.4 diesel, bullet-proofed engine placed in it? Looking at buying it
but not sure if the mileage on the truck itself matters?  Thanks in advance for
any assistance

Everything else has high miles. The transmission, axles, AC system etc, etc.
