06 Silverado 1500 5.3L. A/C just started acting screwy

06 Silverado 1500 5.3L. A/C just started acting screwy. First it doesn't blow hard, intermittently. Then
yesterday, It all the sudden started working correctly. When i turned the truck off, the a/c stayed on and
kept blowing for a while with the truck COMPLETELY OFF!!  What could cause these issues? Any help
greatly appreciated.

Possibly a bad relay staying closed or a bad ignition switch
