I am looking at buying a 2004 BMWX3. What can I find out about this car?

Hi trylove, I used to own one so I can tell you what my thoughts on the vehicle are. Other than that check around at different sites to read owner reviews to see what people think of it. From my experience with the car I was really happy with the vehicle. The power is adequate, I would have liked a little more power but I guess that's the concession you make when you buy a smaller SUV. The ipod integration option didnt really work very well, but that could have been user error. Fuel economy wasn't excellent, but it's still good for an SUV (it's not as good as a RAV4, but a RAV isn't as luxurious either). Overall I'd definitely recommend this car to anyone in the market looking for a small sport utility vehicle. You may want to also look at the Acura RDX (although the interior isn't as nice) or the Infiniti FX35 (which I wish I had purchased instead of the X3).

Hey, i have driven this car many times. we have two right now. they are great cars. they accelerate extremely quick, handle really well and are fun cars to drive. it feels more like a car to drive because it is low to the ground. it is also a good family car if your kids aren't older than 16. the suspension is very stiff so the ride isn't the most comfortable. but if you wanta sports suv not all luxury than this is your kinda truck. it has a nice interior too with leather, heated seats and good sound system. One thing i would like to add is that it has very good fuel economy for it's size. it is usually in the 20's + or - about 2 or3 mpgs. it weighs 4200 lbs and has a 3.0l 6 cylinder engine.
