2005-06 Monte Carlo a/c trouble

When I turn the car on within 15 to 20 of driving smoke comes out from the vents what could be the cause of this?
At time water leaks from the passenger side onto the floorboard any suggestion on how to resolve these problems?

sounds like the clutch on your air conditioner the compressor the water leak most likely is your heater core
