The Vent is allowing water in when driving or heavy rains. I have the same problem. It is on the top by the windshield wiper blades and it is cracked or missing.

The actuator door on your air condition can be stuck on heat and when the water comes in through the vent it does not allow the condensation to flow out of the air condition condenser drain hose fast enough
