i replaced the front transmission shaft seal, put everything back together, before i took it off the stands i started it then turned it off, took stands off and now it wont start , no spark no fuel

no fuel no spark, fuel pump comes on with the key

check your ASD relay should be in the under hood fuse box,swap it with another to test.
