2006 Honda Accord V6 - Fix or Replace?

Hi - My Honda Accord has 140,000 miles.  My repair service quoted $4200 to fix leaking oil pump & rear main seal and noted that rack and pinion is starting to leak.  I would appreciate any advice regarding whether I should fix the issues or purchase a new/used car.  Thank you!
