03 explore has new crankshaft positioning sensor
new coil pack plug wires and plugs its getting good
fuel pressure and spark from plug wires but will
still not start only cranks anyone know whats
keeping it from starting

If you already checked for any pending codes I'd consider doing a compression check. Other ideas are perhaps a timing issue. Have you ohm tested the injectors and done a comparison? Good Luck!

No but a friend of mine tested it i cant Remember what he said the psi was but it was fine it cranks smooth no backfire before it broke down it had a mis that i couldnt get out then it got to wear it wouldnt start checked the coil pack an it was crack so changed that and made no difference it wont start not even with ether
