My 1966 Mustang passenger tail light is dimmer than other side. Can that be fixed?

Yes. Normally this is caused by a bad ground. If the bulbs look ok, then re-attach the ground wire to each light.

Even if the wires are attached correctly, take some fine sandpaper and clean all the terminals
