what should i do for spark plugs, radioator, carborator 4barrel, what else fuel?

If you did not prpare the car for storage, there will be a lot to do- for example, if you did not drain the gas tank, the fuel in there is bad by now- so you will have to replace it with new gas- in general, just make sure the oil is clean in the engine, and THEN turn the engine over WITHOUT firing it, by disconnecting the distributor wire- this will get the oil circulated through your very dry engine before you start it-
Remove spark plugs and put Marvel Mystery Oil i each cylinder, let sit, and turn engine by hand until you are sure it is moving freely. Clean carb . Change all Fluids including gas if possible. replace spark plugs. Fresh gas, stabil, . crank and check for leaks...if good, try to fire it up
Marvel Mystery Oil is your best friend in this situation!. Definitely drain the gas and clean out your carb. Pull the plugs and inspect them, They could be fine, no need to spend extra money if they look good enough. Change your fuel filter and put some fresh oil in the engine.
