Cold start good, when warm cuts off wont idle, drives ok but cuts off at stop. this just started recently.

I had this sort of issue with 73' Chevelle. Turned out the wire were rubbing on the hot engine block. It started fine when cold but when those wires got hot it shut off but showed i still had power. I would try that 1st.
